Mercedes-AMG Team GetSpeed, based at the Nürburgring business park and successful with Mercedes-AMG since 2019, is full of confidence for the upcoming ADAC RAVENOL 24h Nürburgring 2025. After an outstanding 2024 season, in which GetSpeed was named the most successful customer racing team in the internal Mercedes-AMG Customer Racing Championship, the team is highly motivated to build on its impressive record and claim the coveted overall victory in the Green Hell.
The Mercedes-AMG GT3 with starting number #14 will compete in a special “CASE 24H” livery. The focus is on CASE 24H – a story about the search for the final set-up to contest the 24-hour race. What initially remained hidden was deciphered step by step. The aim was to find the perfect set-up for the most demanding track in the world, the Green Hell – and ultimately to unveil the car with its unique livery.
The driver line-up for the #14 is high-caliber and consists of experienced Mercedes-AMG Performance drivers: Maro Engel was part of the winning quartet at the 24h Nürburgring in 2016 and achieved three of the four pole positions for Mercedes-AMG. Maxime Martin is making his debut in the Mercedes-AMG GT3 in 2025 and has already finished second three times. Fabian Schiller has been driving the Mercedes-AMG GT3 with GetSpeed since 2019 and has achieved two overall podiums. Luca Stolz has been driving with Mercedes-AMG since 2017 and has finished in the Top 3 three times in the Eifel.
The Mercedes-AMG GT3 with the starting number #17 will start the race as the “PRPL Beast”. This design combines elements of the legendary “Beast of the Green Hell” with purple foiling. The choice of color refers to the term “Purple Sector”, which in motorsport refers to the best time in a sector. Ralf Aron, Lucas Auer, Adam Christodoulou and Mikaël Grenier alternate in the cockpit as drivers.
Team GetSpeed has already achieved impressive successes in the past, including three podium finishes in the 24-hour race at the Nürburgring since 2019. “We are well prepared and looking forward to the challenge of the Nürburgring 24 Hours,” says Adam Osieka, Team Principal of GetSpeed. “The Nordschleife is a unique track that always presents us with new challenges. With our experienced drivers and the support of Mercedes-AMG, we are confident that we can fight for overall victory.”
